Finding Something REAL Ministries, a 501(c)(3) non-profit, exists to share the truth and love of Jesus Christ with young women (and beyond). We believe lives are changed when young women are welcomed into compassionate spaces where the gospel is central, hospitality is generous, and conversations are real.

Janell Wood

Just a girl in a middle-aged woman’s body who used to struggle believing Jesus loves her. But now she believes it wholeheartedly and that restoration, eternity, authenticity, and unconditional love has changed her life.

Ana

Online Media Manager

With a deep love for Jesus, an affinity for oat milk vanilla lattes, and a passion for bringing people together, Ana has a vital role within Finding Something REAL. She’s responsible for all the content that gets shared online and she does a great job! She also loves to mentor and empower others and does so with FSR by supervising any college student volunteers. To say we’re grateful for this woman is an understatement!

Video Producer

This young woman loves Jesus and her passion for Him shows up in incredible ways. While she’s officially responsible for managing brand consistency and creating videos from raw footage- which she does amazing work btw, Reina does so much more! She loves to worship, encourage, and reflect. Her involvement with FSR is truly a gift from the LORD.

Hailee

Local Communications Director

Everybody loves Hailee! If you hear about a local FSR event, it’s probably because this woman told you about it! She’s on fire for the LORD and radiates Him whether she’s serving coffee, emceeing an event, making follow-up calls to ministry partners, or holding a clipboard. Hailee is a joy and full of energy- she loves the Chelan Valley well!
