Finding Something REAL started season 9 with a group of diverse young women from all different backgrounds who came together to ask honest questions about life, identity, and God.

It started with a fully hosted retreat near Chelan, WA: a few days to step away, connect, laugh, and be real. No pressure. No scripts. You shared your story only if you wanted to.

The host, Janell Wood, believes Jesus is where we find what’s truly real; restoration, eternity, authenticity, and love. She doesn’t force that belief on anyone. Instead, she created a space where you can question, dialogue, or completely disagree openly. And it turns out, when people are honest, it doesn’t just change them. It helps everyone listening understand each other better. It builds bridges in a world that’s pretty divided. If you’re curious but cautious.
